She/They
Jodie is Chokepoint's conductor and founder. After working within the industry, including 3 years in AAA
development, she recognised the gap in the market for high quality accessibility ingrained Games Studios.
The team has been handpicked by Jodie to bring a wide range of highly specialised skills in a small team.
As a former Financial Services Auditor and AAA Games Producer she brings the ability to retain the
over-arching picture whilst ensuring the small details are not missed.
Jodie is a Game & Inclusive Design specialist and an outspoken Game Accessibility Advocate with
a published scientific journal in the subject.
As a proudly Neurodiverse woman in the Games Industry she is an Ambassador for Women in Games (WIGJ)
& STEM Learning, proactively contributing to round tables such as Ukie Accessibility.
Jodie is also a Teesside University Affiliate and works to improve relations between Education
Providers and the Games Industry. A lot of smaller institutes with students from
underrepresented backgrounds lack input from Industry, Jodie works to collaborate with these
institutes around their curriculum and opportunities for students.
